2023-2024 Leagues!



Indoor Soccer

League information:

  • Registration Fee: $120 per child 
  • Required Equipment: non-marking gym shoes, soft shin-guards covered by socks, regular athletic shorts (no skorts).
  • Ages: Indoor soccer is a co-ed league open to kids 4-7 years old.
  • Teams: Players and teams are assigned. Teams will be divided between (4-5) year old boys and girls and (6-7) year old boys and girls, and they will play teams in their respective age divisions. Community Life Sports cannot accommodate requests for placement for any reason including carpooling, practice times and coach/player preferences.
  • Games and Practice: Practices are Tuesdays or Thurdays. Each team is assigned one night to practice per week for 1 hour. Games are Saturdays, and game schedules will be emailed the first week of practice.  

Dates to know:

  • Registration Opens: August 1st
  • Late Registration fee ($20) is added after August 31st. Players may be placed on a wait list. 
  • Coaches Meeting: Monday, August 28th, 6PM
  • Practices: Begins the week of September 4th
  • Games: 
    • First Game: September 16th
    • Last Game: October 28th
  • Picture Day: TBA
  • Award Ceremony: October 28th following last games



Girls Volleyball

League information:

  • Registration Fee: $135 per child 
  • Required Equipment: non-marking gym shoes, knee-pads, regular athletic shorts (no skorts).
  • Ages: Volleyball is open to girls 4th-6th grade
  • Teams: Volleyball Orientation is February 19th & 20th for skill assessment. Players and teams are assigned. Community Life Sports cannot accommodate requests for placement for any reason including carpooling, practice times and coach/player preferences.
  • Games and Practice: Practices are Tuesdays or Thurdays. Each team is assigned one night to practice per week for 1 hour. Games are Saturdays, and game schedules will be emailed the first week of practice.
  • End of Season Fundraiser Tournament: Teams compete in a Fund Raising Tournament the following weekend after the Award Ceremony, which includes post season practices. There is an admission cost for the Tournament Games.

Upward Basketball

League information:

  • Registration Fee: $185 per child 
  • Teams: Player evaluations are scheduled November 4th for the purpose of uniform sizing and skill assessment. Players are drafted into boys and girls age divisions. Community Life Sports cannot accommodate requests for placement for any reason including carpooling, practice times and coach/player preferences.
  • Age Divisions:
    • 1st-2nd grade
    • 3rd-4th grade
    • 5th-6th grade
  • Games and Practice: Practices are Monday through Thursday. Each team is assigned one night to practice per week for 1 hour. Games will be Fridays or Saturdays depending on the age divisions. Practice and Game Schedules for your team will be available on MyUpward app once teams are drafted.
  • End of Season Fundraiser Tournament: 5th-6th grade boys and girls teams compete in a Fund Raising Tournament the following weekend after the Award Ceremony, which includes post season practices. There is an admission cost for the Tournament Games.

    • 9:30am 3rd-4th grade

    • 10:30am 1st-2nd grade

  • Practices: Begin the week of November 27th (NO Practices Dec. 18th-28th Holiday Break)
  • Games: 
    • First Game: January 5th-6th
    • Last Game: February 16th-17th
  • Picture Day: TBA
  • Award Ceremony: Sunday, February 18th, 4PM
  • Fundraiser Tournament: February 23rd-24th



Upward Cheerleading

League information:

  • Registration Fee: $185 per child 
  • Squads: Cheerleading Orientation is November 6th. Cheerleaders will be sized for uniforms. Squads are assigned before the first practice. Community Life Sports cannot accommodate requests for placement for any reason including carpooling, practice times and coach/player preferences.
  • Age Divisions:
    • Kindergarten-2nd grade
    • 3rd-6th grade
  • Games and Practice: Practices are Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. Each squad is assigned one practice per week for 1 hour. Squads will cheer at one of the Upward Basketball games each week on Fridays or Saturdays. Practice and Game Schedules for your squad will be available on MyUpward app once squads are drafted. 
  • Award Ceremony Presentations: Each squad will perform a routine at the Award Ceremony.
